A full top-to-bottom refurbishment of the 10-storey, 8,386 sqm Boston Centre on Voortrekker Street — turning a derelict building into a mixed-use development with ground-floor SPAR & TOPS retail and 76 residential units above. Jartec handled the fire protection scope as part of the full engineering upgrade, alongside new fire and wet services and fire/sound-proof doors throughout the building.
